ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Guest Service Maintains guest service as the driving philosophy of the operation Personally demonstrates a commitment to guest service in responding promptly to guests' needs Committed to making every guest is satisfied Meets or exceeds guest satisfaction measures Ensures hotel standards and services contribute to the delivery of consistent guest service Implements and practices guest service initiatives and performs to VB Hospitality standards Shuttle Driver/Valet Operations Attendants carry luggage for hotel guests.
Escort incoming guests to the Front Desk Offer information regarding features of rooms, services of hotel and points of interest.
Assist guests with special needs.
Deliver items and messages for guests.
Handle guest requests.
Maintain luggage storage areas.
Cleaning and maintenance of common areas.
Provide area maps, brochures and other literature.
Provide information on facilities, services, events and attractions, tours, travel routes and transportation schedules.
Obey all driving rules and regulations; i.

speed limits, etc.
Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of hotel shuttle Report any issues to management Log mileage and daily runs in the Shuttle Log Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
Maintain regular attendance in compliance with VB Hospitality, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotel.
Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper uniform and nametag when working.
Comply at all times with the VB Hospitality standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
